Lots of times, Buyers and Sellers ask me where they can find plumbers, contractors or electricians. As a Realtor, I cannot refer anyone specifically however one great resource is your Association since in all likelyhood they may know a few that are licensed and insured according to their requirement. They may have worked on multiple units and you could possibly ask for references. My suggestion is still do your research but just make sure whoever you hire does meet the criteria of the Association and the city or county you are in. Most major work does need permit and that's something to discuss with who you plan to engage. Hallandale Beach and Sunny Isles just like any other cities would have different criterias.
